THE COURT ORDERS THAT:

  1. Personal service upon the respondent of Bankruptcy Notice No QN 709/2010 be dispensed with.
  2. In lieu of personal service, a copy of the bankruptcy notice, together with a sealed copy of this order be served upon the respondent as follows:

(a)                by pre-paid ordinary post addressed to the respondent at 22 Knightsbridge Parade West, Paradise Point in the State of Queensland 4216; and

(b)               by pre-paid ordinary post addressed to the respondent at 24 Abalone Avenue, Paradise Point in the State of Queensland 4216; and

(c)                by handing to and leaving with a person apparently over the age of 18 years at 22 Knightsbridge Parade West, Paradise Point in the State of Queensland 4216

  1. In each instance referred to in paragraph 2, the documents be contained in a sealed envelope addressed to the respondent at the address stated and be accompanied by a letter that states the date of posting or handing to and leaving with a person apparently over the age of 18 years as the case may be.
  2. Service in accordance with this order shall be deemed good and sufficient service of the bankruptcy notice upon the respondent.
  3. The bankruptcy notice shall be deemed to be served on 13 August 2010 upon the condition that the methods of service referred to in paragraph 2 hereof occur on or before 6 August 2010.
  4. Costs of and incidental to this application be reserved.

    Omeros fails to pay his rent to one of the Gold Coasts most wealthy, Mr Terry Morris of Morris wines. Mr Morris doesn’t muck around when he wants to be paid.
